I currently offer online psychotherapy only, to adults across Ireland and Europe.


I am currently fully booked and not taking on new clients. I will also be taking a sabbatical from November 2026 until February 2027, and will not be available to begin new work during this time.

Location

All sessions take place securely online via Zoom. I am based in Ireland and work with clients across Ireland and Europe.

As a Psychotherapist, I work within areas aligned with my training, qualifications, experience, and professional interests.


I do not currently provide crisis counselling, suicide intervention, emergency support, or work with new clients experiencing severe psychological or psychiatric difficulties or active addictions.


If you require urgent support, please contact your GP, attend your nearest Emergency Department, or call 999 or 112 in Ireland. Samaritans can be contacted free 24/7 on 116 123.
