I currently have limited availability for online therapy sessions.
When you are ready, send me a message using the contact form below. Please include a brief outline of your difficulty and what brings you to therapy. This helps me respond more efficiently and, where appropriate, refer you onward.

Office Hours
I am available in person and online on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with appointments offered only between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Location
Conveniently situated close to Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. The Eircode will be shared with clients when confirming their appointment. Online appointments take place via Zoom.

As a Psychotherapist, I work within areas aligned with my training, qualifications, experience, and professional interests.
I do not currently provide crisis counselling, suicide intervention, emergency support, or work with new clients experiencing severe psychological or psychiatric difficulties or active addictions.

I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), and I work in line with their Code of Ethics to ensure safe and professional practice.
I am an approved Psychotherapist with Laya Healthcare. Counselling sessions may be covered for Laya members, depending on their specific health insurance plan and benefit limits.
