My Office Hours
I work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering times between 9am and 9pm.
Current Availability & Waiting List
As a busy, solo practitioner, evening appointments tend to fill quickly and are often fully booked.
At present, evening sessions are fully booked. However, a limited number of morning and late afternoon appointments are available from Tuesday to Thursday, both in-person and online.
Some clients choose to begin with online sessions and move to face-to-face appointments when a more suitable time becomes available. This can offer a flexible and supportive way to start therapy.
Waiting List
If we’re unable to find a time that works for you right now, you’re very welcome to join my waiting list. Availability can change, and spaces sometimes become available sooner than expected. I will be in touch as soon as a suitable appointment opens.
If your need is more immediate, I would encourage you to also reach out to other therapists, as waiting times can be difficult to predict.
If you’re considering starting therapy, please feel free to get in touch to enquire or to join the waiting list. I understand that reaching out is an important step, and I aim to respond with care. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What to Expect:
Step 1: Initial Phone Call
We begin with a brief, no-obligation phone conversation. This allows us to connect and for us to decide whether we would like to move forward.
Step 2: Intake Session
We arrange an initial session, either in person or online. This is a space for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy, to ask any questions, and to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for both of us.
Before we meet, you’ll be invited to fill out an online registration form, consent form, and therapy agreement to help us get started smoothly.
Step 3: Beginning Therapy
If we decide to proceed after the intake session, we will schedule your first counselling appointment and agree on a regular day and time to meet.
Please complete the contact form below, and I will respond within two working days.
As a Psychotherapist, I work primarily with specific problems and fields aligned with my training, qualifications, and areas of passion and interest.
