Individual Relationship Counselling

Our relationships can be one of the most rewarding — and challenging — parts of our lives. Conflicts, misunderstandings, estrangement or emotional distance can leave you feeling:

Whether you’re in a romantic partnership, family relationship, or other important connection, individual counselling can support you in your relationships with all their joys and challenges. I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what best supports your individual needs.


Please note: While I don’t currently provide couples counselling, individual therapy can offer a valuable space to explore and make sense of your experiences within relationships.
