
Looking for a workshop or talk? I teach Mindfulness, both in-person and online, for corporate partners, staff teams, and provide tailored talks for organisations. Drawing on my experience as a Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Practitioner, I offer guided sessions designed to support well-being, improve focus, and promote emotional resilience.
Mindfulness for Your Needs: My workshops and talks offer a collaborative and supportive space for attendees to explore both formal and informal meditation practices. With a focus on reflection, self-compassion, and mindfulness in daily life, my sessions emphasise practical tools for well-being and to meet the challenges of daily life.
This 8-week programme blends meditation practices with learnable skills to address stress. It originated at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn established the well-regarded Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Clinic.
Although initially developed for stress management, it has evolved to encompass the treatment of a variety of health-related concerns. These include anxiety, depression, skin diseases, pain, immune disorders, hypertension and diabetes. It employs 8 weeks of mindfulness meditation to alleviate suffering associated with mind-body stress in a supportive peer group environment with an emphasis on formal and informal mindfulness practice and skills development.
Where my schedule allows, I offer the MBSR programme in-person and online throughout the year.
