Gathering Guidelines

  • No obligation to be on camera. 
  • Please ensure you are on mute, so as not to disturb other attendees.
  • Prioritise your comfort and well-being during meditation practice - making adjustments for your body, feelings and mind, as needed.
  • Enjoy your mindfulness practice - While silence is part of the meditation, it's important to prioritise your well-being. Feel free to adjust your position, take breaks, or return your attention when necessary.
  • While online, adjust the volume of your device - there will be sounds of the bell at the beginning and end of the 30-minute mindfulness meditation session.
